Effects of Poor Communication in the Construction Industry in Klang Valley, Malaysia

The construction industry is a risky and complex involving various parties characterized with different objectives, skills, cultures, values. This requires effective communication management to facilitate interaction between them ensure delivery of successful projects. poor performance the Malaysian sector has its root in communication. Therefore, this paper essential investigate effects issues industry. research study was conducted analysed using SPSS Software. five-point Likert type scale been adopted for questions which distributed over 121 respondents who are working around Petaling Jaya, Klang Valley, Malaysia.
